Traditional open back banjo - neck/rim connection. |
The
neck/rim connection of a traditional banjo has its
problems, especially when the rim is thin. Only two
screws hold these two critical parts together.
Changing the tuning often causes unbalanced string
tension and the banjo gets out of tune. Neck and rim of the
banjo are merged
into one solid, sound producing unit. This patented
construction lets the
banjo stay perfectly in tune and transports it into new
sound dimensions. A magnetic pickup is also an
elementary part of this new design.
