FUNNELbody guitars are the result of 16 years of research, craftmanship and refinement. Terms and conditions of payment and delivery § 1) Validity of terms and conditions   All business, offer and deliveries by PETER GOTTSCHALL are exlusively subject to the following terms and conditions. § 2) Offers and conclusion of contracts   All offers are subject to alteration and are not binding. Confirmations of orders and all orders are only valid if confirmed in writing by PETER GOTTSCHALL. § 3) Prices   Net prices are binding only as stated in PETER GOTTSCHALL´s written confirmation of the order and do not include Value Added Tax. Value Added Tax has to be added to the net prices except in case the purchaser has a VAT-# or except for exports into countries outside the European Community. Delivery of additional goods or sevices will be charged to the customer separately. Costs for shipping to places in Germany or into countries within European Community are included in the price. Costs for shipping into countries outside the European Community are not included in the price and will be charged to the customer. We charge a shipping fee which is based on the country of destination, shipping method, and weight. If you would like a pro forma quotation including the cost of each shipping method for comparison, please contact us. § 4) Terms of payment   Pre-payment (wire transfer, certified cheque) or C.O.D.. Accept no credit card. § 5) Applicable law, place of jurisdiction   For these terms and conditions and for all legal relationships between PETER GOTTSCHALL and the purcasers, the laws of the Federal Republic of  Germany shall apply. Original GOTTSCHALL®-instruments as well as the licensed instruments have a security mark (hologram) under the neckheel. Warning: Pirate copies do not have the GOTTSCHALL-sound, looks and feeling!
